At Life Line Screening of America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached to the clothing.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
